“I immediately began transferring my favorite and family recipes to this book. The hardcover makes for a nice hard surface so writing in it is easy when you need to jot things quickly or with hands that are covered in your recipes hahaha I love the spiral-bound pages so that you can easily flip and keep open pages or lay flat the book while referencing recipes. It is nicely divided into reasonable chapters to easily find the recipe you want and I like that the back cover has an envelope to keep any additional bits of reference or whatever you may want to include in the book later such as future recipes. It’s my go-to book now and I’m only wishing it had more pages. Makes a great gift for the cook in your family. I love mine. About to start a second edition.”
